WHAT’S THE ROLE

We are searching for an Amazon Operations Specialist to help our Korean brand partners thrive on Amazon’s US marketplace. In this role, you’ll act as the first line of defense for solving operational challenges—managing account health, liaising with Amazon Seller Support, updating product listings, and ensuring smooth backend operations.

You’re the kind of person who loves problem-solving, doesn’t stop at the first “no,” and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work mostly in English with our internal team, global clients, and Amazon's support teams to help troubleshoot and maintain operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL OWN
  • Monitor partner Amazon accounts daily, ensuring account health, policy compliance, and performance KPIs are in good standingts daily to make sure all account stats including Account Health are in tip-top condition
  • Create and update product listing pages including creating variations, virtual bundles as well as updating the brand store
  • Investigate and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, FBA inventory issues, and other Amazon-related issues
  • Communicate with Amazon Seller Support via cases, calls, or chat to resolve operational and compliance issues
  • Prepare and submit documentation related to account verification, product compliance, brand registry, etc.
  • Track, document, and report issue resolution status to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help build SOPs for recurring issues

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • You love solving problems and can find your way through Amazon’s maze of policies and case logs
  • You’re patient but persistent, professional but not afraid to push back when needed
  • You’re process-driven and detail-oriented, but you can move fast and adapt as needed
  • You like making things just work. Whether it’s getting an ASIN re-instated or finally getting a Seller Support case resolved after 5 tries
WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
  • Demonstrate, evangelize and live theCore values of DISRUPT
  • Native or near native fluency in English (required); Korean proficiency a plus
  • At least 1 year experience with Amazon Seller Central operations (listing management, flat files, account health, brand registry, case management)
  • Experience navigating Amazon Seller Support (you know how to escalate and follow up effectively)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time across multiple accounts

What’s the role

Our design team is seeking a Intern Designer who is passionate about conceptualizing and designing visual assets with a strong attention to detail. You should be confident in your ability to generate new ideas and have proven abilities in art direction and visual design. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who jumps on new opportunities, gets nerdy about what they do, and works fast and flexibly to get the job done. You will work in a collaborative cross-functional team designing content and frameworks across brand, marketing, and e-commerce experiences. You will show up as an expert every day to help our clients think bigger, go bolder, and enable their customers to succeed.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of graphic design, typography, production, and presentation skills using the current (Mac) versions of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator as well as Figma
  • From concept through execution, produce high-quality visual designs for digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media, corporate communications, presentations, storyboards for video and animation, and more
  • Communicate effectively in a cross-functional team, presenting ideas and designs to your working team and creative leadership
  • Maintain consistent creative quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with copywriters to build unified creative solutions
  • Work directly with clients, sharing the work as collaborators
  • Assist developers and ensure the quality through out the implementation
  • Ensure all your projects maintain a high degree of innovation, quality and consistency
  • Work in tandem with the web development team in providing continual design assistance and QA testing through to launch of digital products

  • Native English proficiency
  • 1+ years of relevant industry experience that ensures your understanding of social media, marketing, media, creative, etc.
  • Agency background preferred, with knowledge of how to interrogate client feedback, shape the work, keep workstreams on track and build momentum.
  • Digitally savvy
