We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who can help drive brand growth through data-driven strategy and hands-on campaign execution. You’ll collaborate with partners, execute media plans across platforms like Google, YouTube, and Meta, and continuously analyze performance to deliver impact. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL OWN
  • Assist in strengthening relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Support planning and executing integrated marketing strategies and media plans.
  • Operate and optimize campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and other major platforms.
  • Analyze data to extract insights and to support building high-impact reports.

What’s the role

We are searching for a Performance Marketing Team Lead experienced in driving business results and growth for brands. In this role, you'll primarily focus on driving conversions and revenue, but also help define a full-funnel marketing approach as needed for various clients. You will gain unparalleled exposure to the entire brand process, from pre-launch to scaling, and build extensive knowledge of best practices in the media industry. You are savvy with social trends, are an exceptional collaborator and have a knack for scaling brands. You are proactive with ideas, eager to push beyond the first right answer and bring a real passion for advertising solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Execute and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok including audience planning, retargeting, ad copy, reach, frequency and A/B testing
  • Work with the insights, analysis and data team to measure and attribute campaign success with business KPIs Identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting and providing solutions to execute on client accounts
  • Develop strategies and campaigns where all advertising channels are working together and be able to clearly articulate overall themes as well as trends across the paid media
  • Oversee a team handling execution, including building campaigns, setting up ads, tracking and QA
  • Overall Paid Advertising client performance and hitting set KPIs - testing, optimizing and scaling
  • Partner with Content team to develop paid strategies
  • Work with the Content Team to generate provocative, socially driven impactful ideas for everything from website content, campaigns, to explainer videos, to social ads–and see them through production
  • Producing ad copy (with support from our Copywriter) that Eugene Schwartz would be proud of
  • Review and approve client-facing performance reports with clearly articulated recommendations
  • Utilize insights to evolve content creation in a measurable manner
  • Provide meaningful insights & recommended strategies for new business activities
  • Generate weekly reports for clients and be able to speak to the WHY behind each decision and campaign results
  • You will hold yourself accountable for all aspects of your client accounts - wins and mistakes... we’re always learning from our mistakes

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience that ensures your understanding of paid advertising, brand management, marketing, media, creative, etc.
  • Agency background preferred, with knowledge of how to interrogate client feedback, shape the work, keep workstreams on track and build momentum
  • Digitally savvy
