WHAT’S THE ROLE
We're seeking a dynamic Sales/Marketing Account Executive who not only has more than 2 years of relevant sales experience but also has a keen interest in marketing. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their skill set into the marketing realm. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll play a hybrid role, focusing on acquiring new clients, generating leads, managing accounts, and delivering excellent customer service while collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL SALES RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL OWN
- Develop, and execute effective client acquisition strategies, prospect potential clients, and nurture leads to convert them into long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic marketing recommendations
- Develop, document, and present compelling marketing proposals tailored to the unique needs and goals of prospective clients
- Showcase how DISRUPT's services can address their challenges and drive business growth
- Collaborate with the Content/Marketing Team to generate innovative and impactful marketing ideas, tailored to client objectives
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiry from potential clients
- Respond promptly to inquiries, listen attentively to their needs, and provide information about our agency's services and capabilities
- Engage in effective questioning to understand their requirements and tailor our offerings accordingly
- Schedule follow-up meetings or consultations with the appropriate team members to further explore their needs and opportunities for collaboration
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition
- Collaborate with other teams to develop sales collaterals, DISRUPT website, and other channels to help acquisition
- Identify and nurture partnerships with relevant entities to boost lead generation, broaden our network, and enhance the flow of qualified leads
- Set acquisition goals, monitor progress, analyze data, and optimize strategies to meet or exceed targets
ESSENTIAL MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL OWN
- Planning, documentation and presentation of marketing strategies for your clients
- Playing the front-facing role and managing the overall client relationship
- Onboarding and in-depth strategic planning of new clients
- Overall client performance and hitting set KPIs - testing, optimizing and scaling
- Create & manage project schedules, estimates, and prepare project briefings and meetings
- Generate weekly reports for clients and be able to speak to the WHY behind each decision and campaign results

- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Ability to adapt quickly to change and drive forward
- Native proficiency in Korean and English is mandatory
