Project Manager

What’s the role

We are searching for a Project Manager(PM). You'll be the bridge between our marketers(Amazon Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Creative team) and our partners, making sure nothing gets lost in between - literally and figuratively. You'll be the reason our partners trust us, our deadlines are met, and our internal teams know exactly what's expected of them and when. If you're someone who thrives on keeping people aligned, communicating clearly across languages and teams, and staying composed no matter how tight the deadline gets, this role was made for you.

Essential responsibilities you’ll own

  • Own partner communication end-to-end, including translation and interpretation between Korean and English as needed.
  • Manage partner relationships and drive partner retention - building genuine, long-term trust with our existing partners.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between our members and our partners: translate partner needs and feedback internally, and communicate campaign progress and updates externally.
  • Act as the central point of coordination and control for each account, gathering and consolidating necessary information, updates, reports, and deliverables from multiple internal teams to ensure partners receive clear and consistent communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders when managing an account requires collaboration across multiple departments, ensuring everyone stays aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage creative project schedules and deadlines, coordinating closely with the Creative team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage reporting schedules and deadlines, ensuring reports reach partners accurately and on time.
  • Translate and QA reports before they go out, making sure every deliverable is polished, accurate, and ready-to-go in both languages.
  • Provide real-time interpretation during partner meetings, capture and organize clear meeting notes and key takeaways.
  • Track action plans and outstanding tasks, and keep both partners and internal teams on schedule with timely, well-organized reminders.
  • Proactively monitor account health, flag risks early, and step in before small issues become big problems.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact partners can rely on - responsive, organized, and dependable.
  • Respond to partner questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, proactively identifying solutions and coordinating with relevant internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Take ownership of problem-solving when issues arise, ensuring that problems are clearly communicated, appropriately escalated when necessary, and followed through until resolution.

Who are we looking for

You are results and bottom-line oriented, yet will possess deep appreciation and sensitivity towards people, culture, and values. You are "thick-skinned" and persistent. You are personable, smart, passionate, and optimistic. You possess a deeply pro-active, hands-on mentality. You hold yourself accountable and take great pride in your work – just like us. We're proudly diverse in our backgrounds, our accents, and our fiercely held personal passions. We are, in every sense of the word, independent, and not beholden to anyone else's agenda. So are you.
