Phase 1
Building the PPC Foundation (August 2024)
DISRUPT began by conducting a comprehensive audit of Blanc Dubu's existing Amazon advertising account. After analyzing campaign structure, keyword targeting, and budget allocation, DISRUPT restructured the account around a full funnel PPC strategy with clearly separated TOFU and BOFU campaigns.
Campaigns were continuously optimized in response to seasonal demand shifts, new keyword opportunities, and external marketing activity, driving higher intent traffic and building an advertising foundation capable of scaling over time.
Phase 2
Expanding into Full Account Management and PDP Optimization (June 2025)
As the partnership grew, DISRUPT's scope expanded beyond advertising to cover full Amazon account management and Product Detail Page (PDP) optimization.
On the operations side, DISRUPT managed inventory monitoring and replenishment planning, promotion setup, Vine program management, Virtual Bundle creation, Parent Child Variation structuring, and performance reporting. DISRUPT also proactively addressed FDA and cosmetic claim related compliance issues, minimizing listing suppressions and maintaining stable Account Health.
On the content side, DISRUPT conducted proprietary keyword research across every active SKU and rebuilt titles, bullet points, and product descriptions from the ground up, along with a full redesign of the image gallery and A+ Content. Content was restructured to more intuitively communicate what makes Blanc Dubu's ingredients and product features distinct, strengthening customer understanding and purchase confidence
Phase 3
Integrating Advertising, Content, and Operations
Rather than managing advertising, product pages, and operations as separate workstreams, DISRUPT unified them into a single Amazon growth strategy.
Insights from PPC performance data were used to continuously identify new keywords and shifting search trends, which were then applied to page SEO and content updates, improving search visibility and conversion together. Advertising schedules were also closely coordinated with inventory management, promotions, and catalog operations, minimizing lost revenue from stockouts or operational gaps.
By connecting the customer journey from initial ad exposure through to purchase into one cohesive strategy, DISRUPT maximized synergy across every part of Blanc Dubu's Amazon business..
Phase 4
Ongoing Optimization and Continued Growth
Amazon, and the skincare category in particular, is a market where competitive dynamics and consumer trends shift quickly. Sustained growth requires continuous data analysis and optimization, not a one time fix.
Throughout the partnership, DISRUPT closely monitored advertising performance, customer search trends, competitor activity, and Account Health to identify new growth opportunities as they emerged. Advertising strategy was continuously adjusted around seasonal promotions and external marketing activity, while product page content, promotions, and operational processes were refined in step with the evolving business environment.
By combining Amazon advertising, full account management, and conversion focused content optimization into one integrated approach, Blanc Dubu built a scalable Amazon operating system capable of sustaining long term growth in the US market.
